PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method of forming a film suitable for widening the target of the antimicrobial action generated using copper stock.SOLUTION: The method of forming the film of a copper stock using an imidazole compound includes: an etching step of forming unevenness on the surface of the copper stock and a coating step of forming an organic film on the copper stock on which unevenness is formed using the imidazole compound. By increasing the surface area, the antibacterial action is observed not only to escherichia coli and the like, but also to trichophyton. Further, by forming a through hole in the etching step, it is possible to strengthen the antibacterial action to trichophyton and to ensure air permeability and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 銅素材を利用して生じる抗菌作用の対象を広くするのに適した皮膜形成方法等を提案する。【解決手段】 イミダゾール化合物を用いた銅素材の皮膜形成方法であって、銅素材の表面に凹凸を形成するエッチングステップと、凹凸が形成された銅素材に対して、イミダゾール化合物を用いて有機皮膜を形成するコーティングステップを含む。表面積が増加することにより、大腸菌などだけでなく、白癬菌に対しても抗菌作用が認められる。さらに、エッチングステップにおいて、貫通孔を形成することにより、白癬菌に対する抗菌作用を強化し、かつ、通気性なども確保することが可能になる。【選択図】 図1
