PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament for preventing or treating diseases and accompanying symptoms thereof in a patient suffering from ophthalmic diseases caused by a retinal disorder other than optic nerve cell damages to allow prevention of the progression of vision disorders, as well as to allow prevention or treatment of such diseases.SOLUTION: A medicament for preventing or treating ophthalmic diseases and accompanying symptoms thereof, which are caused by a retinal disorder other than optic nerve cell damages.
