PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone substitute material having excellent affinity by forming a strong organism active layer usable in an organism for a long period on a member, at least the surface of which is formed of titanium or titanium alloy by anodic oxidation method and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION: After a base material, at least the surface of which is formed of titanium or titanium alloy is washed and dried, anodic oxidation is performed taking a sample as an anode in an acidic solution, or heat treatment is performed subsequently to the anodic oxidation, thereby forming anodic oxidation layer having organism activity on the surface of the base material so as to manufacture bone substitute material having excellent affinity.
