The present invention relates to a hybrid soft actuator and a method of manufacturing the same. The hybrid soft actuator according to the present invention includes a first fiber having electrical conductivity and elasticity； and a second fiber having greater elasticity than the first fiber, wherein the first fiber and the second fiber are formed by twisting and coiling together. Accordingly, both high strain and electrical conductivity can be provided.본 발명은 하이브리드형 소프트 액츄에이터 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 하이브리드형 소프트 액츄에이터는 전기전도성과 신축성을 가지는 제1섬유； 및 상기 제1섬유보다 큰 신축성을 가지는 제2섬유；를 포함하되, 상기 제1섬유와 상기 제2섬유는 함께 트위스팅 및 코일링되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라, 높은 변형률과 전기전도성을 모두 구비할 수 있다.
