The present invention relates to a medical splint and a method for manufacturing the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a polyester fiber into a primary stretch yarn by a false-twisting method； folding two or more fibers； knitting a fabric by weaving the fibers； impregnating the fiber with a curable resin and a coconut tree fatty acid extracted material to have excellent bonding properties and enhance the strength； dehydrating the fiber chemicals； and drying the fiber by using air and heat, as well as manufacturing a second stretch yarn by a dewatering and false-twisting method. Since the medical splint is eco-friendly, no treatment cost is incurred, no skin reaction such as allergies and urticaria occurs. Since the manufacture of medical splint is produced by technology and machine, the process is reduced and price competitiveness is excellent.
