The invention further provides a Rivastigmine free base transdermal patch, which comprises a medicine layer containing the active ingredients of the Rivastigmine free base obtained by the aforementioned manufacturing method. The Rivastigmine free base transdermal patch has a stable transdermal transmission time more than 48 hours but less than 168 hours.
