The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for preventing or treating swine pleuropneumonia, including type 2 or 5 formalin inactivated dead body of swine pleuropneumonia bacteria and N and C terminal antigens of recombinant ApxIA, ApxIA, and ApxIA of swine pleuropneumonia bacteria. As such, the mixture of recombinant antigens and formalin fungus bodies is able to be used as a safe, economic, and convenient vaccine for preventing and treating swine pleuropneumonia.본 발명은 돼지 흉막폐렴균의 재조합 ApxIA의 N 및 C 말단, ApxIIA의 N 및 C 말단 그리고 ApxIIIA의 N 및 C 말단 항원과 돼지흉막폐렴균 2형과 5형의 포르말린 불활화 사균체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 돼지 흉막폐렴의 예방 또는 치료용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 돼지 흉막폐렴균 유래 ApxIA의 N 및 C 말단, ApxIIA의 N 및 C 말단 그리고 ApxIIIA의 N 및 C 말단 항원의 분비를 증가시키도록 개발된 벡터로 발현용 대장균(Escherichiacoli)을 형질전환시키고 상기 형질전환된 발현용 대장균으로부터 각 해당 단백질을 분리 정제한 후 돼지 흉막폐렴 유래 혈청형 2형과 5형 포르말린 처리 불화화 균체와의 혼합물을 접종시킨 자돈에서 항원에 대한 체액성 면역 반응뿐 아니라 돼지 흉막폐렴균 독성에 대하여 효과적으로 저항성을 보임을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 재조합 항원 및 포르말린 불활화 균체 혼합물은 안전하고 경제적이며 간편하게 접종할 수 있는 돼지 흉막폐렴 예방 및 치료용 백신으로 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
