The present disclosure is related to the manufacturing process of an oral vaccine or immunogen comprising the Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae toxins, obtained from the fractional and encapsulated ultrafiltration in the cubic phase of a glyceryl monooleate gel for the prevention of contagious porcine pleuropneumonia. The process consists in cultivating the reagent of each of the required serotypes, and, from the resulting culture, be able to obtain a supernatant performing a fractional ultrafiltration to prepare the immunogen, with the ApxI, Apxll, ApxIII toxins and the glyceryl monooleate gel in cubic phase, where finally the products are packed and stored.La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la elaboración de una vacuna ó inmunógeno de administración oral que comprende las toxinas de Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae obtenidas a base de ultrafiltración fraccionada y encapsuladas en la fase cúbica de un gel de monooleato de glicerilo en fase cúbica, para la prevención de la pleuroneumonía contagiosa porcina, donde el proceso consiste en cultivar el reactivo de cada uno de los serotipos requeridos, del resultado del cultivo, en obtener un sobrenadante, que se le realiza una ultrafiltración fraccionada para preparar el inmunógeno, con las toxinas ApxI, Apxll, Apx III con el gel de monooleato de glicerilo en fase cúbica, donde finalmente se envasa y se almacena los productos.
