PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warming device having such a structure that a mask body can be fitted properly to the periphery of eyes of a face, regardless of a user's face size.SOLUTION: A warming device 100 includes a mask body 10 for covering both eyes, a heating element 20 provided on the mask body 10, and a pair of ear hook parts 30 each one end of which is fixed to both ends in a width direction of the mask body 10, and hooked on ears.
