The present invention relates to a method that involves freeze-drying cells so as to stably preserve the cells and the useful substances contained in the cells at room temperature. When cells are freeze-dried using the freeze-drying protective agent of the present invention, damage to the structure of the cells, which might otherwise occur during freeze-drying, can be prevented, the freeze-dried cells can be stored at room temperature, and the useful substances contained in the cells may maintain the functions thereof at room temperature.La présente invention concerne un procédé impliquant la lyophilisation de cellules en vue de conserver de façon stable lesdites cellules et les substances utiles quelles contiennent à température ambiante. Lorsque des cellules sont lyophilisées au moyen de lagent protecteur pour lyophilisation de la présente invention, il est possible déviter dendommager la structure des cellules, à la différence de ce qui est susceptible de se produire durant la lyophilisation en labsence dudit agent protecteur. Les cellules lyophilisées peuvent être conservées à température ambiante et les substances utiles contenues dans celles-ci peuvent conserver leurs fonctions à température ambiante.본 발명은 세포를 동결건조시켜 세포 및 세포가 포함하고 있는 유용물질을 상온에서 안정하게 보존하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 동결건조 보호제를 사용하여 세포를 동결건조하면 동결시 발생할 수 있는 세포구조의 손상을 막을 수 있고, 상기 동결건조된 세포는 상온에서 보관할 수 있으며, 세포 내 포함되어 있는 유용물질들은 상온에서 그 기능을 유지할 수 있다.
