PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when hair-protecting processing is made with a conventional pretreatment agent and a wave is formed with a perm 1 agent and a perm 2 agent, whether a weaker wave is formed depends on the concentration of an alkali agent or reducing agent or the excessive action of the agent makes the hair frizzy, as the damage of the hair becomes larger, to make adequate processing very difficult, and consequently a wave which a customer wants is nearly impossible to form in an on-the-spot hair salon.SOLUTION: There are provided an agent for permanent waves in which a desired, beautiful and elastic wave can be formed to the hair which receives very large damage, such as high-bleach hair and frizzy-cured hair, the wave being very difficult to form until now, and a method for permanent waving.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の前処理剤による毛髪保護処理とパーマ1剤とパーマ2剤によるウェーブ形成した場合は、毛髪の損傷が大きくなるほどアルカリ剤や還元剤の濃度により、ウェーブ形成が弱すぎるか、或いは過剰に働いてチリついたりし、適切な処理が非常に困難であるので、現場の美容室では、お客様所望のウェーブ形成が不可能に近い状態であり、その解決策が望まれている。【解決手段】 本発明は、前記事情に基づいて解決されたものであって、従来非常に困難であったハイブリーチ毛や縮毛矯正毛などの損傷の極めて大きな毛髪に所望の美しくかつ弾力のあるウェーブ形成が可能となるパーマネント剤、及び、パーマネント方法を提供する。【選択図】 なし
