PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath dilator that includes a sheath and a dilator where screwing sections to be screwed with each other are disposed, and includes a regulating means that restricts the screwing forward more than prescribed one at the screwing section.SOLUTION: The sheath dilator 100 that assists the insertion work of a catheter of a balloon catheter 80 or the like, includes: a cylindrical sheath 10 that can be torn in a longitudinal direction and a dilator 30 that is inserted in the sheath 10.
