The present invention relates to seasoning powder prepared by mixing seafood with vegetables. The seasoning powder of the present invention comprises 40-50 wt% of seafood including manila clams, mussels, kelps, and shrimps, and 60-40 wt% of vegetables including mushrooms, bellflower roots, radishes, garlic, sesame seeds, and squashes. The seasoning powder of the present invention is prepared by the following steps: cutting mushrooms, bellflower roots, radishes, garlic, sesame seeds, and squashes into suitable sizes naturally drying the seafood and vegetables by using the sunlight and wind roasting the dried seafood and vegetables in a large cauldron for 2-4 minutes and pulverizing the roasted seafood and vegetables by using a pulverizer.
