Lors de l'utilisation du complexe selon la présente invention, un effet de transfert de gènes spécifiques à une cellule tumorale par une excellente capacité d'infiltration dans les cellules tumorales est excellent, l'hépatotoxicité est faible, un temps de rétention dans la circulation sanguine est prolongé. Ainsi, le complexe selon la présente invention peut être utilisé en tant que composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement d'une tumeur et en tant qu'agent de thérapie génique qui peut être administré systématiquement.본 발명은 ErbB-PEG-PAMAM로 코팅된 항종양 아데노바이러스의 복합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 복합체를 이용하는 경우 우수한 종양 세포 내 유입능에 의한 종양세포 특이적 유전자 전달 효과가 우수하고, 간독성이 낮으며, 혈류 체류시간이 길어, 전신투여가 가능한 종양 치료용 약제학적 조성물, 유전자 치료제로 사용할 수 있다.
