PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size tending work machine allowing one person to easily change a work form such as tilling work, listing work, and moving travel.SOLUTION: The tending machine comprises: tilling claws (5) mounted on a work shaft (6) provided at a lower part of a machine body and a skid (16) and a lister (20) or wheels (18) mounted on a hitch (9) of the machine body rear part. The tending machine further comprises: a lister support part (9a) at the front side of the hitch (9) for rotatingly supporting the lister (20) between a descent working position and an ascent non-working position and a skid support part (9b) at the rear side of the lister support part (9a) of the hitch (9) for vertically supporting the skid (16) while inverting the skin (16), one end of which is provided with the wheel (18) and the other end of which, as a rod-like part, is inserted into the ground.
