The hybrid abutment system of the present invention comprises at least one unprocessed abutment, on one side of which a prosthetic tooth is mounted after the abutment is processed and which comprises at least one body suitable to be processed and accordingly given a custom-made form at least one connection element providing connection of unprocessed abutment, after processing, to at least one implant positioned in the gingiva and/or jaw bone and made of a long-lasting material at least one connection zone disposed within the unprocessed abutment, providing connection of said connection element to the abutment and having a form corresponding to the portion, which is connected to the abutment, of the connection element at least one fixing element suitable for fixing the abutment and connection element to an implant disposed in the gingiva, provided with at least one threaded portion and made of a long-lasting material.
