The present invention relates to a cuvette (1) for analysing a biological sample, made of a transparent or translucent material, said cuvette being made up of at least one vertical wall (2) and a bottom (3) partitioning the cuvette, in which a fluorescent enzymatic reaction can be carried out. It is characterised by the fact that a portion of the cuvette is partially covered on the outside with a sleeve (5) of which the inner coating (4) in contact with said cuvette (1) is made of retro-reflective material. The invention likewise relates to an analysis bar containing at least one such cuvette as well as the use of such a cuvette or bar. Finally, it proposes an analysis device for said analysis cuvette or bar. The invention can also be used, preferably, in the field of in vitro diagnostics.
