PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water enema device which has a bowel movement accelerating action being as good as a glycerol enema when the bowel movement while sitting on toilet cannot be performed, does not have any side effect, and also, can easily be used even while sitting on toilet.SOLUTION: The warm water enema device includes: a container 2 which has a liquid inlet-outlet port 5, and at the same time, can push out and suck in a liquid by adding/reducing pressure a flexible tube 3 which is connected with the liquid inlet/outlet port 5, and of which the length is 20 to 50 cm and a nozzle 4 which is connected with the distal end of the tube 3. Characters, marks or combinations of them suggesting to use water at 41± 1°C are displayed on the container 2.
