The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for extracting highly concentrated plasma. The apparatus comprises: a membrane filter separating components from plasma based on a fixed particle diameter； a first accommodating member providing a fixed injection speed and pressure to enable platelets in the plasma to be deposited while injecting the plasma into the membrane filter； a pressurizing means connected to the first accommodating member and mounted on the same to provide the injection speed and pressure of the plasma； and a second accommodating member mounted on the membrane filter keeping a distance from the first accommodating member and connected to a second space to be opened and closed so as to accommodate air, thereby: passing the plasma through the membrane filter for enough time using the fixed pressure, gravity, and vacuum； enabling the platelets supplied to the membrane filter thereby to be maximally deposited and to be filtered in a state that the platelets are deposited； minimizing a contact area between the platelets and a filter built in the membrane filter； and eventually minimizing an amount of the platelets absorbed into a membrane so enabling as many platelets as possible to be contained in highly concentrated plasma. In addition, the present invention can easily obtain highly concentrated gel plasma by repeating filtering several times or adding calcium.본 발명은 고농축 혈장 추출장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 혈장에서 일정 입경을 기준으로 성분을 분리하는 멤브레인 필터기, 멤브레인 필터기에 혈장을 주입하면서 혈장 내의 혈소판이 침전 가능하도록 일정 주입속도 및 압력을 제공하는 제1수용부재, 혈장의 주입속도 및 압력을 제공하도록 제1수용부재에 연계 장착된 가압수단 및, 제1수용부재와 일정 거리를 두고 멤브레인 필터기에 장착되면서 제2공간과 통하여 개폐가능한 공기를 수용하는 제2수용부재를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 혈장을 멤브레인 필터기에 일정한 압력, 중력 및 진공원리를 이용하여 충분한 시간 동안 통과시키고, 이로 인해 멤브레인 필터기에 유입된 혈장 내의 혈소판이 최대한 침전되도록 하면서 혈소판이 침전된 상태에서 필터링이 이루어지도록 하고, 혈소판과 멤브레인 필터기에 내장된 필터 간의 접촉면적을 최소화하며, 궁극적으로 멤브레인에 흡착되는 혈소판의 양을 최소화하여 최대한 많은 양의 혈소판이 고농축 혈장에 함유되도록 한 것이다.또한, 추출된 고농축 혈장을 여러 차례의 필터링을 반복하거나 칼슘을 혼입하여 쉽게 겔화된 고농축 혈장을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
