The invention further relates to new fragrance and/or flavour substance compositions comprising 5-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enyl-acetate and their use, perfumed and/or flavoured articles comprising 5-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-enyl-acetate and various methods for imparting, modifying and/or enhancing certain olfactory and/or taste notes.
