The present invention discloses a double-hole metering device of herbal granules comprising a bottling fixed cover, a metering drive assembly and a drain bottom cover. The metering drive assembly includes a drive cover and a metering split block. The feed-in fixing cover and the discharge bottom cover are fixedly connected to each other. The feed-in fixed cover, the drive cover, and the discharge lower cover are each provided with a storage slot, a measuring slot and a discharge hole. The quantitative dividing block is composed of annular bodies, quantitative fragments, and restriction ribs. The bottom face of the feed-in fixing cover is provided with a stop member for engaging the restriction ribs, and the drive cover is provided with a circular hole in the center thereof. The circular hole communicates with the measuring slot to form a mounting slot of the quantitative dividing block. The circlip is limitedly fixed on the quantitative dividing block, and the quantitative dividing block is latched on the mounting slot by the elastic force of the circlip. When the drive cover is rotated, the storage slot is in communication with the measuring slot or the measuring slot is in communication with the discharge hole.
