The present invention discloses an electronic buoy comprising a casing, a lighting unit, a wire and a circuit unit, which can be used for convenient observation of fish in fishing and to reduce mental fatigue, especially when the light is dim or even at night. The housing is watertight for accommodating the light emitting unit, the wire and the circuit unit, and the light emitting unit is connected to the circuit unit via a wire. The circuit unit includes a distance moving sensor, a wireless transmitting unit, a controller, a battery, and a circuit board, and senses an acceleration or position change of the electronic buoy by the distance moving sensor, thereby generating and transmitting a distance moving sensing signal to the controller. According to the driving of the lighting unit to emit light, and then further transmitted to the wireless transmitting unit, while notifying the handheld device, or generating vibration and sound by the handheld device for notification purposes.本創作係揭示一種電子浮標，包括殼體、發光單元、導線以及電路單元，可用於釣魚時方便觀察是否中魚，減輕精神疲勞，尤其是在光線昏暗或甚至夜晚時。殼體具水密性，用以容置發光單元、導線以及電路單元，而且發光單元是經導線連接至電路單元。電路單元包含距離移動感測器、無線發射單元、控制器、電池以及電路板，並由距離移動感測器感測電子浮標的加速度或位置變化，進而產生並傳送距離移動感測信號至控制器，據以驅動發光單元而發光，再進一步傳送至無線發射單元，同時通知手持裝置，或由手持裝置產生振動、聲音，達到通知的目的。
