The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly white fly control agent using oleic acid and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for developing an environmentally friendly white fly control agent for which an emulsifying agent capable of mixing oleic acid which is unsaturated fatty acid with hydrophobic properties and water in order to be easily sprayed is selected and the mixing ratio of the selected emulsifier is checked. The environmentally friendly white fly control agent using oleic acid and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention solve problems of a biological control system due to the repetitive use of an existing chemical pesticide used for white fly control and provide effects of controlling white flies with a beneficial method for soils and ecological system.
