PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation system that can flexibly cope with changes in kinds of field crop in a farmland, suppresses reduction in the production volume of field crop, and can sufficiently secure a power generation amount.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system comprises: a panel P installed above a farmland； a database 12 which stores a solar radiation amount D1 of light L from the sun T which is irradiated on the farmland, and an optical saturation point D8 of field crop cultivated in the farmland by each kind of field crop； and a controller 11 which changes an inclination angle θ of a light-receiving surface P1 of the panel P to an incident direction of the light L.
