The present invention relates to a hydrogel mask pack composition having excellent oxygen permeability and to a hydrogel mask pack using the same and, more specifically, to a hydrogel mask pack produced by using a hydrogel mask pack composition comprising 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and a sodium acrylate monomer, as active ingredients. The hydrogel mask pack manufactured by using the hydrogel mask pack composition has improved oxygen permeability and has excellent skin adhesivity and increased skin safety by having high moisture contents and increased impregnation of functional active ingredients.
