PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparations which hold non-steroid antiinflammatory agents (except indomethacin) stably in water-soluble patches for a long period of time without spoiling a percutaneous absorption ability.SOLUTION: The invention provides a patch in which at least one or more kind of ibuprofen, ketoprofen, suprofen, loxoprofen sodium, fenoprofen and flurbiprofen, or diclofenac sodium, or piroxicam which are non-steroid antiinflammatory agents belonging to phenylpropionic acid dissolved in glycol with carbon numbers of 3-30 are dispersed in a glycerol-containing gel.
