The present invention provides a method for preparing a liposome containing an Aaronia extract with improved formulation stability and a liposome prepared accordingly. The method for preparing a liposome according to the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a liposome having a difference in concentration of hydrogen ions (H + ) between the inside and the outside, the inside of the liposome being acidic and neutral； And encapsulating the Aaronia extract inside the liposome. According to the production method according to the present invention, it is possible to prepare liposomes containing the Aaronia extract with improved formulation stability. The Aaronia extract enclosed in the liposome is maintained in a stable state despite changes in the external environment such as temperature and pH, and thus can exhibit suitable activity in vivo.본 발명은 제형 안정성이 향상된 아로니아 추출물을 함유하는 리포좀 제조 방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 리포좀을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 리포좀 제조 방법은 리포좀의 내부는 산성이고 외부는 중성으로, 내부와 외부 사이에 수소 이온(H+)의 농도 차이를 가진 리포좀을 제조하는 단계； 및 상기 리포좀 내부로 아로니아 추출물을 봉입하는 단계；를 포함할 수 있다.본 발명에 따른 제조 방법에 따라, 제형 안정성이 향상된 아로니아 추출물을 함유하는 리포좀을 제조할 수 있다. 상기 리포좀 내부에 봉입된 아로니아 추출물은 온도, pH 등의 외부 환경 변화에도 안정한 상태로 유지되어 생체 내에서도 적합한 활성을 나타낼 수 있다.
