The present invention relates to a method for producing a tie for a turf aerator. The tine comprises a body part and coupling heads. The body part comprises: a through-hole formed in the body part, and feeding a soil an opening part formed in the side surface of the body part, and discharging the fed soil a slope part becoming keener toward the bottom thereof to be easily inserted in a soil and a pinhole formed in one end part of the body part. Each of the coupling heads comprises: a gripping part fixed and installed on a tine holder an axial part inserted in the through-hole a penetration hole formed in the axial part to be connected with the pinhole and a slope surface formed on the front end part of the axial part. The method comprises the steps of: (a) producing each of the coupling heads by using a CNC mechanical device to have the diameter of the gripping part corresponding to any one of various predetermined dimensions and the diameter of the axial part corresponding to any one of various predetermined dimensions (b) producing the body part to have the inner diameter of the bottom end part of the slope part and the diameter of the top side part of the through-hole corresponding to any one of various predetermined dimensions and (c) coupling and fixing, by means of a spring pin fitted to the pinhole and the penetration hole, one of various kinds of coupling heads having the identical diameter of the axial part from the coupling head produced by step (a) and a body part in which the diameter of the top side part of the through-hole is identical to the diameter of the axial part from various kinds of the body parts produced by step (b). Irrespective of a sequence, step (a) and step (b) can be performed selectively or in parallel.
