PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conjugation device that transplants a coat that is formed on the surface to a bone without peeling.SOLUTION: The bone conjugation device 10 includes: an approximately cylindrical sleeve member 1 comprising a biodegradable material which has a hole 3 penetrated in the longitudinal direction, and is constituted in a manner to be expandable in the radial direction at least at a part in the longitudinal direction and a bar member 2 comprising a biodegradable material which has an insertion end having an outer diametrical dimension being smaller than a mouth diameter of the hole 3 at one end, and is inserted in the hole 3 from the insertion end.
