The present invention relates to a wall vegetation system. The wall vegetation system attaches vegetation blocks for growing plants thereon onto walls to cover the walls with plants. The vegetation blocks include: a vegetation mat for growing plants thereon a vegetation mat connection unit which comes in contact with the circumferential surface of the vegetation mat inserted therein to surround the vegetation mat and fix the vegetation mat a conveying angle unit which prevents the plants from being damaged by the vegetation mat connection unit in a conveying operation for installing the wall vegetation system and a vegetation mat safety net which removes the conveying angle unit from slits on the vegetation mat connection unit and is coupled to the front surface of the vegetation mat coupling unit to prevent the vegetation mats from being released from the slits. The vegetation blocks are attached to the walls of a building with a separate fixing means to grow plants on the building while recycling a rock surface used as a medium in a facility horticulture operation.
