PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding of weed or a foliage portion of vegetable, etc. to a rotary part of a soil eliminating device as much as possible, eliminate the weed or foliage portion wound to the soil eliminating device easily in a short time, and improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: A vegetable harvester 1 harvests a garlic 2 by pulling out the garlic. The vegetable harvester includes: a conveyance device 12 conveying the garlic 2 pulled out from soil while holding a foliage portion 2b a root cutting device 14 cutting a root part 2c of the garlic 2 and a first soil eliminating device 16 arranged on an upstream side of conveyance by the conveyance device 12 with respect to the root cutting device 14. The first soil eliminating device 16 includes a soil eliminating rotary part 61 including a plurality of soil eliminating blades 130. The soil eliminating blade 130 includes a rotary base 131 and a plurality of blades 132.
