Provided is a microneedle array for lips applied locally to lips in order to lighten and/or plump the lips, the microneedle array including a water-soluble polymer, in which a microneedle has a height of 50 µm to 300 µm, and a tip of the microneedle is a circle having a diameter of 5 to 150 µm or a plane having the same area.
