PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quinolone-based antibacterial drug-containing liquid preparation which excels in light stability and can secure the effectiveness of the included quinolone-based antibacterial drug over an extended period.SOLUTION: The quinolone-based antibacterial drug-containing liquid preparation having improved light stability is obtained by dissolving a quinolone-based antibacterial drug and at least one salt of citric acid and if necessary, adjusting the pH of this solution to 5.5-7.5 with an acid or an alkali agent, and adjusting the osmotic pressure ratio to 0.85-1.20 with a neutral salt and particularly, the quinolone-based antibacterial drug is levofloxacin, and the quinolone-based antibacterial drug-containing liquid preparation is a liquid preparation for eye drops.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 光安定性に優れ、含有されたキノロン系抗菌薬の有効性を長期間に亘り確保することができる、キノロン系抗菌薬含有液体製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】 キノロン系抗菌薬、1種又は2種以上のクエン酸塩を水に溶解させ、必要により酸又はアルカリ剤によりこの溶液のpHを5.5~7.5に調整し、かつ、中性塩により浸透圧比を0.85~1.20に調整することを特徴とする光安定性が向上されたキノロン系抗菌薬含有液体製剤であり、特にキノロン系抗菌薬がレボフロキサシンであり、点眼用剤としての液体製剤である。【選択図】 なし
