PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disposing containers on a pallet which prevents the occurrence of a high-temperature environment and dark places inhibiting culture of bacteria, enables production of homogeneous and high-quality bed logs and further produces homogeneous and high-quality Shiitake mushroom by solving the problem of close contact of containers with each other in view of the fact that some parts of the containers closely contact with each other by a conventional method of disposing containers on a pallet without spaces in a process of culturing bed logs for Shiitake mushroom cultivation, and thus portions out of reach of air and/or illuminated light are formed in a culturing chamber, and the high-temperature environment and the dark places become contributory to inhibition of the culture of bacteria inoculated into the bed log and inhibition of production of high-quality and homogeneous bed logs.SOLUTION: Containers are disposed so as to have spaces to each other when disposing the containers on a pallet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 椎茸栽培の榾木培養工程において、従来通りの、コンテナを隙間なくパレットへと配置する方法では、コンテナ同士に密着する部分が生じ、これにより、空気や照明光が届かない箇所が培養室内に生じた。高温環境や暗所は、榾木に打ち込んだ菌の培養を阻害し、高品質で均一な榾木の製造を阻害する一因であった。このコンテナ同士の密着を解消することによって、菌の培養を阻害する高温環境や暗所の発生を防ぎ、均一で高品質な榾木の製造を可能にし、ひいては、均一で高品質な椎茸の製造を提供する。【解決手段】 コンテナをパレットへと配置する際に、コンテナ同士に間隔を空けて配置する。【選択図】図1
