The present invention discloses an intelligent interactive teeth brushing assistance system, which comprises a toothbrush, a teeth brushing motion sensing module, a signal processing module, an information output module and a power supply module. The teeth brushing motion sensing module is used to detect the teeth brushing motion trajectory and generate the teeth brushing motion sensing signal. The signal processing module is built-in with a predetermined motion trajectory for interpreting the teeth brushing motion sensing signal and comparing with the predetermined motion trajectory, so as to determine whether a predetermined teeth brushing motion is completed and output an evaluation signal according to the determination result. Then, the information output module will output the teeth brushing motion evaluation information so as to improve the teeth brushing motion of the user for maintaining dental health.本發明係揭露一種智慧互動式刷牙輔助系統，其包括牙刷、刷牙動作感測模組、訊號處理模組、資訊輸出模組及供電模組。刷牙動作感測模組用以感測刷牙的動作軌跡而產生刷牙動作感測訊號。訊號處理模組內建預設動作軌跡，用以解讀刷牙動作感測訊號並與預設動作軌跡比對，以判斷是否完成與預設的刷牙動作，並依據判斷結果輸出評估訊號，並由資訊輸出模組輸出為刷牙動作評估資訊，俾能改善使用者的刷牙動作以維護牙齒健康。
