Wnt pathway inhibitors A class of compounds having general formula (I) has been identified. These compounds function as inhibitors of the Wnt pathway. Compounds of formula (I) are suitable for the treatment and/or prevention of any condition or disease in which it is desirable to inhibit signaling in the Wnt pathway, in particular inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, especially those associated with breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic and colorectal cancers (e.g. colon carcinoma cells). The compounds also find use in methods of preventing metastasis and methods of promoting and/or directing cellular differentiation of progenitor cells.Linvention concerne une classe A dinhibiteurs de la voie Wnt de composés ayant la formule générale (I) qui a été identifiée. Ces composés fonctionnent en tant quinhibiteurs de la voie Wnt. Les composés de formule (I) sont appropriés pour le traitement et/ou la prévention de tout état ou de toute maladie dans lequel ou laquelle il est souhaitable dinhiber la signalisation dans la voie Wnt, en particulier linhibition de la prolifération de cellules tumorales, en particulier celles associées au cancer du sein, au cancer du poumon non à petites cellules, aux cancers du pancréas et colorectal (par exemple des cellules de carcinome du côlon).
