The heat radiating structure of the LED fishing lamp comprises a frame formation body and a plurality of heat radiation plates. The frame formation body receives heat generated from a first LED installation part equipped with LEDs. A region between a left end portion and a right end portion of the frame formation body is bent to protrude toward the front of a fishing lamp, thereby forming a plate shape. Any one of each of the heat radiation plates is fixed to the frame formation body such that the heat radiation plates are laid at intervals in an up-and-down direction, thereby forming a wind flowing space above and below. The heat radiation plates are installed at all of a left portion, a right portion, and a middle portion of the frame formation body above and below. According to the heat radiating structure of the present invention, the wind around the LED fishing lamp escapes while uniformly passing through between the heat radiation plate and the heat radiation plate, and the air between the heat radiation plate and the heat radiation plate smoothly escapes to the outside through only the sloshing of a ship since the heat radiation plates installed in a laid type serve as a fan, thereby exhibiting an excellent heat radiation effect.
