When the LED fish attraction lamp using a light-emitting diode (LED) as a light source is used, the LED attraction lamp is closely formed on an outer circumferential surface of a fish attraction lamp installation rod which is a hollow to effectively cool high heat generated by high output of the LED, so heat generated from the LED fish attraction lamp is transferred to the fish attraction lamp installation rod in a short time. The LED fish attraction lamp comprises: an LED module (120) having multiple LEDs (121) disposed in a matrix shape in line and row directions, and formed to irradiate light to a front when power is supplied a fish attraction case (110) having a pipe coupling groove (111) of an outer appearance shape of a fish attraction lamp installation rod (31) in a rear side thereof, and having the LED module (120) formed therein and an adhering hole (300) for supporting the LED fish attraction lamp (100) from a rear side to make the fish lamp installation rod (31) adhered on the pipe coupling groove (111) formed in a rear side of the fish collection lamp case (110).
