PURPOSE: An X-ray photographing device is provided to reduce re-photographing due to an X-ray irradiation position error and to improve accuracy of an image. CONSTITUTION: An internal X-ray detection unit is inserted into an oral cavity. The internal X-ray detection unit receives X-rays radiated to an X-ray generating unit(10). An external X-ray detection unit(20) is arranged at the exterior of the oral cavity. The external X-ray detection unit receives the X-rays radiated from the X-ray generating unit. The external X-ray detection unit is carried to a location which is not interrupted when taking a photograph inside the oral cavity by using the internal X-ray detection unit.하나의 장치로서 구강 내, 외 촬영이 가능한 구강 내외 겸용 X-선 영상 촬영 장치가 제공된다. 이 장치는 X-선 발생부,구강 내에 삽입되어 상기 X-선 발생부로 조사된 X-선을 수광하는 내측 X-선 검출부 및 구강 외에 위치하며 상기 X-선 발생부로부터 조사된 X-선을 수광하며, 상기 내측 X-선 검출부를 이용한 구강 내 촬영시 방해하지 않는 위치로 이동가능한 외측 X-선 검출부를 포함한다.
