A method of cleaning mothers milk, involving ex vivo contacting mothers milk having an initial concentration of an antidepressant therein with a solid substrate (preferably a porous substrate) adapted to remove the antidepressant from the milk to produce a cleansed milk product having a reduced concentration of the antidepressant.Linvention concerne un procédé de purification du lait maternel, impliquant la mise en contact ex vivo du lait maternel présentant une concentration initiale dun antidépresseur avec un substrat solide (de préférence un substrat poreux) conçu pour éliminer lantidépresseur du lait pour produire un produit laitier purifié présentant une concentration réduite en ledit antidépresseur.
