Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kontrastmittel für ex vivo Mikroangiografie zur digitalen Bildgebung des Gefässsystem einer Maus oder Ratte oder anderer Labortiere, sowie einzelner tierischer und menschlicher Organe, aufweisend ein iodiertes, verestertes Öl, ein Polyurethan und einen Härter. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé pour la préparation de l'agent de contraste, ainsi qu'un kits de pièces présentant les différents contenants dotés des constituants à mélanger de l'agent de contraste selon l'invention, et une application préférée de l'agent de contraste selon l'invention pour l'imagerie par un appareil de micro-tomodensitométrie.
