The present invention relates to a device for crushing hilling soil for a bed of elevated cultivation. After crops are harvested, roots remaining on a bed of elevated cultivation are crushed in order to be recycled as a fertilizer. At the same time, a furrow (levee) is produced so that work efficiency for elevated cultivation can be remarkably improved. The device for crushing hilling soil for the bed of elevated cultivation in the present invention comprises a soil crushing housing； a soil crushing unit installed in an internal space of the soil crushing housing； and an engine installed at the top of the soil crushing housing in order to operate the soil crushing unit. The soil crushing housing has an opened bottom and has an internal space in which the soil crushing unit is installed. The soil crushing unit includes a drive shaft which is installed at the bottom in the internal space of the soil crushing housing in order to operate； and a plurality of soil crushing blades installed on the outer circumferential surface of the drive shaft.본 발명은 농작물의 수확이 끝난 후에 고설재배용 베드에 남아 있는 잔뿌리를 쇄토하여 쇄토된 잔뿌리를 비료로 재활용할 수 있고, 또한 잔뿌리의 쇄토와 동시에 고랑(두둑)을 형성함으로써 고설재배의 작업효율을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 고설재배용 베드의 배토용 쇄토장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 고설재배용 베드의 배토용 쇄토장치는, 쇄토 하우징；쇄토 하우징의 내부공간에 설치된 쇄토유닛； 및 상기 쇄토 하우징의 상부에 설치되어 상기 쇄토유닛을 구동시키는 엔진；을 포함하고, 상기 쇄토 하우징은 그 하부가 개방되고, 그 내부에는 상기 쇄토유닛이 설치되는 내부공간이 형성되며, 상기 쇄토유닛은 상기 쇄토 하우징의 내부공간 하측에 구동가능하게 설치된 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 외주면에 설치된 복수의 쇄토날을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
