The present invention provides a bed-type physical therapy apparatus comprising: a bed unit which is horizontally arranged to enable a user to lie down thereon and has an inner space； an acupressure massage unit which is installed in the inner space and massages a user′s vertebrate by pressing and simulating the user′s spine part while moving along the user′s vertebrate； and a moving unit which is installed in the inner space and enables the acupressure massage to move along the user′s vertebrate.
