PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler for lumen organ suture in which the suture strength of a portion of a crotch is improved in luminal organs such as intestinal tracts sutured in places.SOLUTION: A stapler for luminal organ suture is characterized in that cutter grooves are formed in an anvil-facing surface of a staple storage part and the rows of first staple-shooting windows for shooting staples are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the cutter grooves, respectively. The tips of the rows of the first staple-shooting windows are positioned in the front side from the tips of the cutter grooves.
