PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical powder internal injection device with novel structure that is easily held by a user and stably operated regardless of an injection direction, when medical power such as an antiadhesive material is injected to the inside of a body along with a pressure gas.SOLUTION: A medical powder internal injection device 10 comprises: a body part 18 including an injection passage 28 for injecting the medical powder along with the pressure air, and a grip part 12 to be held in the hand and operation means 32 provided on the body part 18, and operated, by the hand holding the grip part 12, to switch between the injection and stop of the medical powder.
