The trigonostomonadhiides extract showed inhibitory activity on the degranulation and cytokine production when treated with an IgE and antigen (DNP-BSA) -activated mast cell line RBL-2H3 (rat basophilic leukemia) And exhibit inhibitory activity of Shigenase.본 발명은 트리고노스테몬 레이디오이데스 추출물을 이용한 항알러지용 조성물을 개시한다. 상기 트리고노스테몬 레이디오이데스 추출물은 IgE 및 항원(DNP-BSA)으로 활성화된 비만세포주 RBL-2H3(rat basophilic leukemia)에 처리될 때 탈과립의 억제 활성 및 사이토카인의 생성 억제 활성을 보이며, 나아가 리폭시게나아제의 억제 활성을 보인다.
