After the syringe needle fixing member is screw-connected to the connecting holder, the adapter for a syringe is screw-connected to the connecting holder, and the adapter for a syringe presses the syringe needle fixing member. The connecting holder includes a first female screw unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hollow part. The adapter for a syringe includes a first male screw unit formed on the outer circumferential surface of the connecting unit. The first female screw unit and the first male screw unit have different screw pitches, and the first male screw unit has a smaller screw pitch than the first female screw unit.
