PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spine orthosis for calmly holding a patient, which has a simple structure, is easily attached/detached, eliminates pressurization against a chest and stomach region and a neck region, allows a user not to feel hot, and prevents the forward bending, backward bending, sideward bending, and rotation of a spine after a surgery.SOLUTION: A belt shape spine plate 1 with strong rigidity is formed along the curvature of the spine from a coccygeal bone to an upper thoracic vertebra to keep a pelvis region holder 3 removably arranged on the lower part of the same, so as to hold a pelvis region, and a shoulder and back region holder 4 removably arranged on the upper part of the same, so as to hold a shoulder and back region. The spine region of a human body tightly adheres to the spine plate 1, so as to prevent the forward bending, backward bending, sideward bending, and rotation of the human body. Besides, a belt shape neck plate 2 with strong rigidity is formed along the curvature of the spine from the upper thoracic vertebra to a head region to keep a head region holder 5 for preventing the horizontal rotation of the head region is removably arranged on the upper end of the same, so as to hold the head region. The lower part is fixedly connected to the upper part of the spine plate 1, so as to hold the shoulder and back region. Thus, a rear head region and a rear neck region tightly adhere to the neck plate 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】構造、及び着脱操作が簡単で、胸腹部や頚部を圧迫することなく、暑さも感じなく、手術後の脊柱の前屈、後屈、側屈、及び回転も防いで患者を安静に保持することができる脊柱補装具を提供する。【解決手段】尾骨から上部胸椎にかけての脊柱の彎曲に沿って形成された、剛性の強い帯板状の脊柱プレート1を形成し、その下部に骨盤部保持具3を着脱可能に設けて骨盤部を保持し、上部には肩背部保持具4を着脱可能に設けて肩背部を保持して、身体の脊柱部と脊柱プレート1を密着することにより、身体の前屈、後屈、側屈、及び回転を防止する。また、上部胸椎から頭部にかけての脊柱の彎曲に沿って、剛性に強い帯板状の頚部プレート2を形成し、その上端に頭部の左右回転を防止する頭部保持具5を着脱可能に設けて頭部を保持し、下部は脊柱プレート1の上部に固設連結して肩背部を保持することにより、後頭部と後頚部を頚部プレート2に密着させる。【選択図】図2
