PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticidal and repelling preparation forming a film which has high insecticidal effects and repelling effects and eliminates environmental pollution and adverse effects on human body by drugs while utilizing characteristics of a spray preparation and an aerosol preparation, and capable of simply and sanitarily conducting a treatment of dead bodies after killing insects.SOLUTION: There is provided an insecticidal and repelling preparation manufactured by dissolving nitrocellulose in ethyl alcohol and/or isopropyl alcohol, then dissolving it in a solubilizer with isobutyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, isopentyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, 1,3-butylene glycol, methoxymethyl butanol or turpentine oil or a mixture of 2 or more kinds of these compounds as an adjuvant, and filling them to a spray container or an aerosol container to obtain a preparation.【課題】スプレー製剤とエアゾール製剤の特性を活かした上で薬物による環境汚染と人体への悪影響をなくし、殺虫後の死骸の処理を簡便かつ衛生的に行えることを前提に、より高い殺虫効果と忌避効果を有するフィルムを形成する殺虫忌避製剤を提供する。【解決手段】ニトロセルロースを、エチルアルコール及び／又はイソプロピルアルコールに溶解し、溶解補助剤として酢酸イソブチル、酢酸イソプロピル、酢酸イソペンチル、酢酸エチル、アセトン、１，３－ブチレングリコール、メトキシメチルブタノール又はテレピン油、或いはこれらの化合物の２種類以上の混合した溶解剤に溶解してスプレー容器、或いはエアゾール容器に充填して製剤とした殺虫忌避製剤。【選択図】図１
