PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher with a transfer function applicable not only to a conventional bed but also to a currently prevailing bed with less space under the bed and comfortable when being carried, which allows a caretaker to push out and push back a table on which a patient lies to the bed by lightly pushing and pulling, while the caretaker can stand at a lateral side of the bed to perform a transfer work in a natural posture from a position closest to the patient, thereby reducing burden on a lower back and an elbow of the caretaker as much as possible, when the patient is transferred between the bed and the stretcher.SOLUTION: A carrier 12 and a pushing-out rack 14 are combined as a carrying position. Then, only a pushing-out rack 14 is moved to the side of a bed 17 to be projected horizontally without separating from the carrier 12, so that a patient 41 is transferred to a patient-bearing table 11 or to the bed 17 from the patient-bearing table 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドとストレッチャ間で患者の移し替え作業を行う場合に、患者が乗る台のベッドへのせり出しせり戻しが看護者の軽い押し引きで行うことを可能にするとともに、看護者がベッドの側方に立って患者に最も近い位置から自然な姿勢で移乗作業を行うことを可能とし、これにより、看護者の腰や肘に対する負担を可及的に少なくすることができる旧来のベッドは勿論、最近主流となっているベッド下の空間が少ないベッドに対しても適用できる、かつ搬送時に乗り心地が良い移乗機能付きストレッチャを提供する。【解決手段】搬送台車12と、せり出し台車14とを、組み合わせて搬送姿勢とし、次いでせり出し台車14のみを搬送台車12から分離せずに水平方向に突出するようにベッド17側に移動させて患者乗せ台11にあるいは患者乗せ台11からベッド17に、患者41の移し替え作業を行うようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図13
